0.13- Ingredients
0.16- 300 gr green mung bean,peeled
0.21-2 cups coconut milk
0.23-1 3/4 cups sugar
0.26-method-bean paste or marzipan
0.31-soak green mung bean in water overnight or 3 hours
if 3 hours that must used warm water
0.36-steam about 30 minutes with high heat
0.51-mung bean became soft
0.58-mix steamed mung bean with cocomut milk in a blender,blend until smooth
1.04-add in the wok with sugar
1.30-mix together by useing the wooden paddle
1.32-stir and do not stop with medium heat untill thick and use low heating last 10 munutes
1.37- 5minutes ago
1.41-10minutes ago
1.46-20minutes ago,start thick
1.52-change become low heat
1.57-stired 20-25 minutes until thick ,remove from the stove
2.04-roll it as jackfruit’s seed
2.58-all these can roll 100 balls
3.04-ingredient ,yolk coating,syrup
3.078-10 duck egg, 5 cups sugar,4 cups water
3.11-separate the egg yolks from the egg whites
3.32-use just egg yolks only and egg whites can use for another dessert
3.45-used sieve filter egg yolks until smooth yolk cream
4.07-method,syrub for yolk coating
4.10-add sugar ,water in brass wok turn on the heat with medium heat untill melten until thick a bit
this step used time about 15 minutes
4.30-ready to yolk coating,turn off the heat
4.36 put mung bean in egg yolk and use ur hand or spoon or pick,drom into hot syrub
6.14-turn on medium heat about 5-7 minutes take it from syrub
6.28-put in syrub (This syrub used sugar 1 cup and water 1 cup)
if do not want to do syrub that can do
